What do I need to do to make a reservation?
Simply give us a call on the number listed above.
Please provide your flight details, pickup and drop-off address and
contact information. Credit card confirmation required for all reservations. No charges are made till the pickup
day.
How far in advance do I need to call?
It depends on the time of the
year. As a car service we generally accept reservations made 2 hours in
advance although during the winter we would recommend a 24-48 hour notice
due to the high demand. However, we recommend reservations for ski areas be made weeks in advance for guaranteed availability.
Will someone be waiting for me at the airport when I arrive?
Yes, a driver will be
specifically assigned to you that day for your pickup. You must call
our dispatch number above when you arrive at baggage claim and our
driver will pull up curbside to meet you right outside the baggage
claim door.
What are your cancellation policies?
Generally we require 12 hours
notice. Late cancellations charged full rate.
There is no charge if your flight is delayed, however no shows without any notice will be charged full rate.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your flight status will be
monitored by your driver so even if you're stuck in flight we will be
there to meet you when you arrive. There are no charges for delayed flights.
Note: Only flights arriving into SLC Airport are monitored by us. Outgoing flights are your responsibility.
Do you allow eating and drinking in your vehicles?
Light snacks and drinks permitted. Smoking and alcohol consumption prohibited.
Traveling with children?
If you are traveling with children, we recommend
the use of child safety seats. While laws vary from state-to-state, we recommend
that children under 7 years old be secured in a child restraint
seat or booster seat. Booster seats available. Infant seats must be provided by parents.
